After almost a decade of managing a high-volume call center, I watched good people get rushed through decisions that would affect their health for years. They were treated like numbers. I knew there had to be a better way.
I founded Dawson Insurance Group because I believed people navigating Medicare deserved more than a fast sales pitch. They deserved a real conversation with someone who would listen, explain the options honestly, and actually be there when questions came up later.

Initial Enrollment (IEP)
The 7-month window when you first turn 65.

October 15th through December 7th every year.
